Despite a few raindrops, a great time was had by almost 2,000 people at the Windsor, VT Mac & Cheese Challenge this past weekend! Special thanks to Jeff Levine, Michael Sassano, and Kitt Shaw – our crack team of Sriracha ninjas – we could not have done it without them. Lenny’s winning recipe is a closely guarded trade secret, but made use of these great Vermont products: Cabot Butter, Thomas Dairy Heavy Cream, Vermont Farmstead AleHouse Cheddar (made with Harpoon beer), Vermont Farmstead Sriracha WindsorDale (made with VMS), Whitney’s Castleton Crackers Gluten Free Hot Pepper and Cheddar Cheese Crisps. Thanks to Harpoon and Vermont Farmstead Cheese for putting on a great event. And thanks to everyone who waited in our ridiculously long line to sample our Mac & Cheese!
